6. Payment Framework: Cash on Delivery Only

  • Exclusive Payment Method: We operate strictly on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis. We currently do not support, collect, or process advance online payment mechanisms—including credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, bank transfers, or digital wallets—during checkout.

  • Settlement at Handover: The total order amount must be paid in full in physical cash directly to the delivery courier upon physical receipt of the parcel at your address.

  • Customer Obligations: By submitting an order, you agree to ensure that an authorized recipient is available at the delivery destination with the payable cash sum ready upon arrival of the carrier.

7. Logistics, Shipping & Transit Schedules

  • Shipping Transit: Following our standard 1–3 business day handling period, freight transit across our destination network requires approximately 7 to 15 business days.

  • Operational Estimates: All published shipping timelines are estimates and may be influenced by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as:

    • Extreme weather events or natural disasters;

    • Cross-border customs reviews and regulatory controls;

    • National, regional, or local public holidays;

    • Ground transit bottlenecks, labor strikes, or carrier hub congestion;

    • Unforeseen force majeure occurrences.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers.

8. Returns, Refunds & Order Changes

  • 30-Day Return Right: Customers are entitled to request an authorized return or refund within 30 calendar days from the date of dispatch.

  • Condition Standards: Items must remain unused, unwashed, unaltered, and complete with all original retail packaging, manuals, and accessories in resalable condition to qualify for refund approval under our Returns & Refund Policy.

  • COD Reimbursements: Because payment is collected physically in cash upon delivery, approved refunds are disbursed via a mutually agreed refund method arranged directly through our customer care team.

  • Pre-Dispatch Modifications: Once an order has entered warehouse packaging and carrier handover, it cannot be canceled, redirected, or altered in transit. If you no longer wish to keep the product upon delivery, please accept the shipment and initiate a return within 30 days of dispatch.
